FAVORITE DENTIST OFFICE EVER! I have always hated going to the dentist, but this place has changed that. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Julie took my x-rays and was absolutely amazing- so fun, personable, and professional. Natalee was my hygienist. She was so kind and her energy was calming. She also did a great cleaning! Dr. Grewal was awesome. She walked me through everything, step by step and did an amazing job with my fillings. I felt very confident in her abilities! She was also very kind and caring. This place is great and I actually had a good time! If you have had not-so-pleasant experiences at the dentist before, try YC Modern Dentistry out!

TL;DR: simply astounding, and the best dentist visit I’ve ever had! So, I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists in the past. As a result, I’m hesitant and I procrastinate setting up my meetings. It’s been about eight months since I’ve seen a dentist, but today I felt like I should get my teeth cleaned before the school year begins (I’m a teacher and summer is about to end). When I called YCMD, I was pleasantly greeted by the secretary, who quickly got my information and set up a meeting for me to come in less than an hour after I called. That started what turned out to be excellent service , care, and an all-around great visit to the dentist. After arriving and opening the door to the office, I was warmly greeted by Heather, the secretary I believe, and a was happy to enjoy a nice fragrance. No how some dentists smell like Clorox? Not this place. Though it was immaculately clean, everywhere. After checking in I met the doctor, Dr. Grewal. Immediately, I could tell that she cared about her work and me as her patient. She was thoughtful with everything she said and informative. After a quick consultation, I went and did x-rays with their tech, Alex. Thankfully, the good times continued because Alex was fast and friendly. I don’t know about you but having things stuck in my mouth for images is uncomfortable, but he made the experience much better. I especially enjoyed his sense of humor. Once the x-rays were done, I went to a room where I only had to wait a few minutes before the cleaning began. Again, Dr. Grewal continued to be thoughtful and informative, but also at this time, sensitive. I don’t know about you, but getting plaque scraped off between my teeth is always a tad bit uncomfortable. Must be done though. And, she was so considerate and careful I felt almost no discomfort at all. Following her, Alex finished my visit with a polish and fluoride treatment. To sum up, Heather, Alex, and Dr. Grewal were professional, skilled, and made my visit fantastic. Five stars is honestly not enough for such a business and people. If I could, I’d give them more. As a teacher, I feel like they earned a bit of extra credit. 10/5 stars!
